Great library of individual exercises and workout routines. Really like the variety of routines for targeting specific areas. Gifs do a good job explaining each movement. Completely free, very non-intrusive ads, never had a single error. Would highly recommend. If there's still ongoing development, would love more explanations over what each movement works, and the target muscles for some of the routines.
Great app to get you started on TRX style suspension training. Includes about 50 different basic movements. More than enough to get you started. My one complaint: the pictures only uses 1/10th of the screen on my Samsung 11 inch tablet. So it's actually better to look at it on your smart phone (uses about 1/3rd). But the app is FREE so overall a great value. Ads are tiny and minimal.

Not much of an app in my opinion. Basically there are gifs of workouts. The gifs are very small and the app can only be viewed in portrait mode. It's as if this app was designed for a 2007 flip phone. Seems like minimal effort for an app promoting maximum effort.
the guy demonstrating the exercises is really hot, but the animation is way too small and there's no instructions
Videos are a little small but this is a basic index of suspension trainer exercises... not workouts... it is just what I needed... basic and to the point...
200 workouts? only 40-50 just 😭 plz update
